Elizabeth Pal

Art teacher

Elizabeth Pal has taught children in San Francisco for over 10 years. Her students have exibited in the Young Artists' School as well as in the Jewish Community Centers of San Francisco and Palo Alto.

Some of her students have won prestigious awards and competitions in HIAS (Washington D.C.) and the De Young Museum (San Francisco, CA) and have gone on to major universities then to careers in graphic design, computer animation, and industrial or interior design.

Previously Ms. Pal taught in the Commercial Design Institute in St.Petersburg, Ruissia, from 1983 to 1993 and taught ceramics in the Children's Art School in St.Petersburg, Russia from 1971 to 1977. In addition, as a member of the Soviet Artists' Union, she has designed interiors for homes, businesses, and institutions and has exhibited her jewelery designs world-wide, including in Milan, Italy, Zurich, Switzerland, Atlanta, GA, and New York, NY.
